Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask all clients to give at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a percentage of the service to be charged to the card on file. All cancellation fees are STARTING at 50%. Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service booked. No call, no shows are also subject to 100% of the service being charged to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding.
